We had a fun day out on the water with a good amount of fish catching (mostly trout and snook - but even a little grouper), and I share the 3 core tactics I used to quickly find success in an unknown area.
Also, you'll see the exact lures that I used while fishing in Sarasota Bay along with a very helpful tip at the end on how to handle windy conditions.
I normally don't mix it up that much with different lures, but this is one of the days that it paid off.
Because although Sarasota Bay isn't as big as Tampa Bay, it's still plenty big to make windy days tough to handle.
