Hi guys, here we are with a new modern house after a break. I'm currently trying to build some smaller homes so this is definitely for a couple and not really much. The world I put it in is Hidden Springs, old but gold if you ask me. Remember that all my houses are Base Game compatible so you don't need any expansion (but you need the latest patch).

Here is the download link, please notice that I made some little changes for the download version to make the house properly work without bugs. For example in the house you're seeing in the video sims could not go upstairs for some reasons, couldn't have a shower, couldn't sleep together because they can't reach the right side of the bad, and they could not go on the inner terrace because that's a window, not a door. I fixed all these problems in the house you'll download so it's supposed to work good now:
