It is full of crystal clear water, it is the DEEPEST Lake in Alabama and could potentially be the MOST EXPENSIVE lake to live on in the state. The average house on the famous Smith lake is over $600,000. The estimated value of just the housing on the lake is over 2.7 BILLION DOLLARS!
