चीन पाकिस्तान के साथ और भारत के खिलाफ खुलकर आ रहा है। अमेरिका के राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रम्प की नीतियों से अमेरिका लगातार कमजोर हो रहा है। इसका फ़ायदा चीन उठा रहा है। रूस-यूक्रेन युद्ध रुकवाने के मुद्दे को ट्रम्प ने प्रतिष्ठा का प्रश्न बना लिया है। पर इस मसले पर ट्रम्प को अभी तक कोई सफलता नहीं मिली है। यह सचाई ट्रम्प स्वीकार नहीं कर पा रहे हैं। वह धमकी पर धमकी दिए जा रहे हैं । उनकी बात न तो पुतिन सुन रहे हैं और न ही जेलेन्स्की। दोनों देशों के बीच युद्ध रुकने की बजाय और तेज होता जा रहा है। ट्रम्प जो चाहते हैं घटनाक्रम उसके ठीक विपरीत चल रहा है। ट्रम्प ने अपने दूसरे कार्यकाल के छह महीने में सबसे ज़्यादा नुक्सान अब तक अमेरिका का ही किया है। हाँ, उन्होंने यह ज़रूर किया है कि विश्व अर्थव्यवस्था को अनिश्चितता में धकेल दिया है। सभीलदेश परेशान हैं। किसी की समझ में नहीं आ रहा है कि यह कहाँ जाकर और कब रुकेगा। पूरी दुनिया चाहती है कि कुछ भी हो पर यह अनिश्चितता ख़त्म होनी चाहिए । पर सवाल है कि यह बात ट्रम्प को कौन समझाए । ऐसा लगता है कि उन्हें इसमें मजा आ रहा है। उनका यह मजा बाक़ी लोगों के लिए सज़ा बन गया है
