Unsalted butter (room temp) 113g (4 oz)
Granulated sugar 200g (1 c)
Whole eggs 65g (1 extra large pc)
Ricotta cheese (whole milk) 250g (7.5 oz)
Lemon extract 2.5g (1 tsp)
Lemon zest 1g (1 large pc)


ICING INGREDIENTS:

Lemon juice 30g (2 tbsp)
Lemon zest 1g (1 large pc)
Powdered sugar 150g (1 cup + 2 tbsp)
