Macro Friendly Flatbread Pizza
makes 8 slices
2 slices = 250 calories (13.7g fat, 9.2g carbs, 13.3g protein)
4 slices = 500 calories (27.4g fat, 18.4g carbs, 26.5g protein)
1 Joseph's Flax Flatbread
125g grams Pasta Sauce (I used Prego traditional)
3.5 oz. Grape Tomatoes (quartered)
2 1/4 oz Sharp Cheddar
4 oz Part Skim Mozzarella
7 1/4 oz Chicken Breast (diced or shredded)
1 1/4 Parmesan (shredded)
2 sprays Oil spray
Pre-heat Oven 400 degrees. Put flatbread on a oil sprayed baking tray then lightly spray the top with oil. Put Flatbread in the oven for 3 minutes then flip the flatbread over and bake for another 3 minutes. Remove from oven and add pasta sauce, half the chicken, cheese, the rest of the chicken, grape tomatoes. Bake for 10-12 minutes...and ENJOY!
You can use reduced far cheese to make the fat content in this recipe lower.
