The Uncle Sally band was a rock and roll band that formed in 1987, heavily influenced by bands like Guns N' Roses and Aerosmith. Led by guitarist Jeff Dyer, The main members of the band Uncle Sally are Jeff Dyer (lead vocals, lead guitar), Dave Dennis (guitars, backup vocals), Dan Whitman (bass, backup vocals), and Jeffro Stahl (drums). Other past members include Tony Wise, who was replaced by Dyer as lead vocalist. the band was active in the Tampa Bay music scene in the late 80s and early 90s, gaining media support from local radio stations and DJs. They released several EPs, a full-length album titled "World of Hurt" in 1993, but faced challenges as the music industry shifted and officially disbanded in 1995
