So I got a few small videos I wanna share before this month is out, this being the first. An under-the-radar group of Motown on the V.I.P. label, The Elgins. Originally known as The Downbeats when coming into Motown, Berry Gordy they changed their name to an already used name used by the Temptations in the early 60's as well as adding Saundra Edwards from the early Vandellas on board. They had a couple of hits, but that doesn't mean they were ignored. I much love the Elgins and their deep cuts which is kinda why I wanted to share this video. It's short but I know you guys like the short vids I do. Hope you enjoy.
