Let's see how to recycle PE films by using TX650 filter

This video was filmed at the actual operation site of a Turkish customer, demonstrating the recycling and reprocessing of PE films. First, the PE films are washed with water and then fed into the granulation process. During granulation, the TL650
equipment is used at the initial processing stage, equipped with a gate valve type waste discharge valvesystem and set with a filtration precision
of 60 meshes, which can effectively remove impurities. After the preliminary processing,
the TX650 equipment is used at the subsequent stage, adopting a screw-
type waste discharge method, and the filtration precision is increased
to 120 meshes to further ensure the purity of the materials. Finally, the water ring granulator is employed for granulation, and the produced granules feature a smooth surface without any pitting flaws, boasting extremely high quality. These high-quality granules are mainly applied in film blowing production later, meeting the customer's production requirements in relevant fields.
