In April of 2006, 27-year-old Brian Shaffer, an Ohio State University medical student, went out with friends to celebrate the start of spring break. They bar-hopped through Columbus, ending the night at the popular Ugly Tuna Saloona. But as the night came to a close, Brian seemed to vanish into thin air.

Surveillance footage captured him entering the bar, but never leaving. No one has seen or heard from him since. Over the years, countless searches, witness interviews, and theories have tried to explain what happened that night, but the truth remains elusive. Was Brian the victim of foul play? Did he leave voluntarily? Or is there an explanation no one has considered?
