Would legal teacher strikes mean fewer strikes?

After 11 school days missed, Newton teachers are back in the classroom, having successfully negotiated a new contract. But, their return comes with a hefty fine, for breaking the state law against strikes by public employees. Adam Reilly was joined by State Representative Erika Uyterhoeven, who is supporting a new bill that would legalize strikes for many public workers to discuss the bill and why she believes Massachusetts needs it. Boston Globe Columnist, Scot Lehigh, also joined to share why he does not support such legislation.
