US President Donald Trump said Europe is headed in the wrong direction during an economic speech in Davos, Switzerland on Wednesday which was overshadowed by fraying transatlantic ties and his push to acquire Greenland.
"I love Europe and I want to see Europe go good, but it's not heading in the right direction," Trump said at the World Economic Forum's annual meeting.
He also said policies focused on green energy and mass migration has hurt Europe, causing 'record budget and trade deficits'.
