Ingredients: Easy Vegan Cornbread (9 pieces 8x8 tin)
2 flax eggs (2 tbsp ground flaxseed, 6 tbsp water)
1 cup (243 ml) soy milk
1 tsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
½ tsp baking soda
⅓ cup (75 g) melted vegan butter
¼ cup (48 g) cane sugar
¼ – ½ teaspoon salt
1 cup (122 g) yellow cornmeal (medium grind)
1 cup (125 g) white all purpose flour
