Note:
There's actually a full cutscene for this but somehow I can only found the ending parts. To put it into a picture, at the very end of her original Social Link rank 3, there's a unused scene where Naoto forgot her umbrella at her classroom (If the weather is raining or lightning). Then, 2 options will appears, you can share umbrella with her (Ending 1) or tell her to go grab it first (ending 2).
