Welcome back to another #MochaMondays! This week, I’m brewing a special coffee—Boa Vista Brazil beans, a thoughtful souvenir from F’s trip to Zurich last year. Rich, smooth, and perfect for a cozy cup!
To make things even better, I toasted some chocolate babka from Cardinal Bakery, which paired beautifully with the coffee. The warm, flaky layers and rich chocolate swirls were just chef’s kiss!
