Ingredients........

1. Rice - 1 cup.
2. Chola - 1.5 cup.
3. Tomatoes - 1 pice.
4. green chilli - (4-6) pice.
5. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp.
6. Ginger,garlic paste - 1 tbsp.
7. Hotspice powder - 1 tsp.
8. Cumin powder - 1 tbsp.
9. Turmeric powder - 0.5 tsp.
10. Cinnamon - 2 pice.
11. Cardamon - 4 pice.
12.Pepper - 5 pice.
13. Clove -5 pice.
14. Bay leaves - 1 pice.
15. coriander leaves - 1/4 cup.
16. Ghee - 1 tbsp.
17. Rose water - 1tsp.
18. Beresta - 1/4 cup.
19. Oil - 1/3 cup.
20. Salt to taste
