Do you know what is casting? a manufacturing process, usually used liquid material poured into a mold, that contains hollow cavity of the desired shape, and allowed to solidify the liquid metal. This solidified part is known as a casting, which is ejected or broken out of the mold to complete the process. If the process is done by manually then it's called manual casting process. In this video, workers are making a shaft by casting that's why I named it manual shaft casting process. You may be called it sand casting process also. But no doubt it's a metal casting process.
