Lv200 Sorta overkill since I never used any of the mind I speced into. The Falx weapon skill is just awful on bosses. Thought it would be cool to ninja run at bosses on my second playthrough but not a big enough opening to do that. Actually think all bosses are pretty fair on my second time with all my knowledge besides the last boss feeling RNG on attack patterns. I think Commander Gaius is fine with light load rolling through his charge. I really hate Putrescent Knight though as melee. He often runs away after most attacks except for the double slam.
