Turbo Time! JDM Mini Truck K24 Swap in Honda Acty - Kei Truck Engine Mod Adventure

There's no way we can get through this swap without adding a turbo! In this video we select a turbo, test fit and install an Integra steering wheel, and cut out a template for our weight plate. We're moving along with the build and leaving no stone unturned.

Over several episodes, we are documenting the process so that you can see what it takes to make this Honda K24 motor swap happen. This has been attempted by few and there are not many details out there to help the DIY Kei truck k swap enthusiasts. We hope to shed light on the challenges and solutions of this process so that anyone with the desire to take this on has a fighting chance with minimal struggle.
