Welcome to part 2, the final video of my Bhutan vlog! Down below was our itinerary:
DAY SEVEN - Gardening with Happiness Farm; Bus to Thimphu (1 hr) handmade paper factory
Night – Thimphu Deluxe
DAY EIGHT - Drubthob Nunnery; Dordenma Buddha Statue; GNH presentation; Arts & Crafts bazaar; shopping; post office; dinner with Director General for Education
Night – Thimphu Deluxe
DAY NINE - Bus to Punakha (3 hrs); Dochula Pass stupas; Hoisting prayer flags/tsa tsa offering; Chimi Lhakhang temple (Divine Madman);
Night – Hotel Lobesa
DAY TEN - Ugyen Academy school visit with students (hula); lunch with students; Punakha dzong; Suspension bridge; Rinchengang village visit (CS); incense factory
Night – Hotel Lobesa
DAY ELEVEN - Bus to Paro (7,500’) (4 hrs); lunch stop in Thimphu; cultural exchange with students at Motithang Higher Secondary school; shopping;
Night – Khangkhu Resort
DAY TWELVE - Taktsang/Tiger’s Nest hike (10,240’)(2 ½ hrs up, 1 ½ down); picnic; law school; farewell bonfire and cultural show with guides at hotel
