Without being prepared to go to war with our limited beliefs ,ego and inner child it's difficult to find a peaceful grounding within ourselves; When we decide to face each and every battle that arises within us rather than void or run, we decide to commit to the relationship with ourselves.
And just like any relationship there will be disagreements
between our mind, heart and soul or between our higher self our ego and our inner child.
Its so important to heal from the things that have hurt us over time, inner child wounds have such an impact on our relationships, coping mechanisms and our limited belief system.
here's my perspective so far on finding my peace.
