This is Zheng Shu's theme.
Name "長い首の賢者の讃嘆"/ "Extolment of the Long-Necked Sage".
From touhou album "東方天逆襲 ~ Zenith of Antinomic Monarch"
Composer's comment :
She was originally not tied to any sort of project, but I decided to include her and her theme here.
The abundance of erhu in this song is courtesy of Shu herself, but then what about the other instruments?
The Shanghai Alice poster girl (NOT Rin Satsuki, by the way) also carries an erhu with her,
so that would make Shu the second one, I think.
