Day 3 in Mechuka was about giving back and slowing down.

From there, we visited the serene Samtengyangchuk Monastery, where silence speaks louder than words and time feels paused. Standing there, surrounded by prayer flags and mountains, the journey felt deeper than just miles covered.
We wrapped up the day at Norsang’s Kitchen — a warm, humble place serving comfort food and kindness in the middle of nowhere. Simple meals, honest conversations, and a sense of calm made this day special.
No rush. No noise.
Just Mechuka, its people, its faith, and the feeling of gratitude.
