1st iteration: test multiplexed resistor-less segmented display, non-RTC clock drift, basic multifunctionality
2nd iteration: +2nd display, "bar design", more functions: RTC clock, tacho (rpm), speedo (Km/h, Mi/h), chrono, Tamb & Tmotor, Battery-Volts, improvements, etc.
3rd iteration: instantaneous & average fuel consumption data, Alarm / Safety, improvements in hardware/software, extensive field testing and user experience feedback
4th iteration: basic CAN bus support for displaying ECU parameters directly
5th iteration: let's buid our own ECU!
