These were acquired from Jim Henson Productions in 1990s by a customer of mine. There were about 20 banana boxes loaded with cels from this show but mostly damaged and in poor condition. He was going to go through but he never got around to it. When I purchased his estate contents, I realized majority of them were damaged too badly or stuck together but I salvaged about 3 banana boxes full of surviving cels. Then came the segregation of farmable cels and junk ones. We spent days extracting the better desirable cels and with a little luck for some original hand painted backgrounds from the show. I copied and had a variety of color copies background to allow for better composition for better display of cels when framing t them. These Muppet Babies cels were in cold storage for 30 years and just recently found during my move from the Antiques shop property. These are the cooler better size one I got around to getting ready for framing. I also have man series of 10 in sequence in variety of sizes. Really quite a cel find from the last of the hand painted cartoon series.
