How to Make Amazing Meatballs with Cheese in Tomato Sauce.
Ingredients:
▪️600 g minced beef
▪️100 g cheese
▪️a bunch of greens
▪️your favourite spices, salt
▪️a little breadcrumbs and Greek yoghurt
Sauce:
▪️300 g tomatoes in their own juice
▪️2 cloves of garlic
▪️salt/pepper
It's as simple as can be.
Mix together the minced meat, grated cheese , chopped herbs, salt, pepper, spices, breadcrumbs and greek yoghurt - mix well.
The breadcrumbs will bind the cheese and minced meat together so that it doesn't just fall apart and leak out🤭😅
Fry the meatballs in a small amount of oil, then pour over the sauce and simmer under a lid for 7-10 minutes.
Serve with pasta ☺️👌🏻
