A day in the life of an Account Manager

We sat down with our Senior Account Managers Krisztian and Annabel to talk about what it's like to work in the account management team day to day.

Account Managers have diverse roles, encompassing responsibilities from budget tracking and forecasting, to collaborating with other teams and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. They also act as the primary point of contact between clients and the company, managing client expectations, resolving issues and driving overall strategy to meet both client and company objectives.
