📖✈Bethy offers an Object Lesson for Kids on Obedience. Specifically, on following the instructions to achieve the best results. In life we are blessed when we follow God's Instructions, the Bible, and do what it says, Obey. When we do this, life will be more in line with God's intention and design.

1) What does it mean to Obey?
2) Why should we follow the rules that are given to us by our parents?
3) Is the Bible just a book of rules?
4) What are the instructions that God has given us for our lives?
5) Why does God give us rules to follow?
6) Can we ask God for help so that we can follow His instructions?
7) Is there an area that you are going to be asking God for help in this week so that you will be able to obey your parents better?

Lesson Notes:
Here are the instructions for this lesson so you can reproduce it for your kids or class.

Materials:
-2 of the same kind of kit (could be anything... just something you have to put together).
-1 set of instructions

Lesson:
-Put one kit together without the instruction (as badly as possible)
-Make an exaggerated deal of putting the second kit together using the instructions.
-Show that the second kit (finished product) works well.
-Read Luke 11:28
-Talk about how following the instructions of Gods word will lead to blessing.
