Hi creative friends - Layers of color, texture & aging techniques in this darling Vintage Girl and Her Pups Framed Ornament tutorial decoupaged with Paper Designs Old Photos 0008 Rice Paper on a Handcrafted Holiday Traditions MDF Blank finished with a mix of Pentart mixed media.

*PLEASE KINDLY NOTE: this video is from a previous livestream event edited to reduce time. The later half of video has better quality. Parts of this video had lost segments that were recovered so some quality and audio was garbled and/or lost in recovery hence we just removed most of the audio.

**IMPORTANT note but not shown in video: I applied a coat of Pentart Clear Varnish Glossy off-camera to seal the entire ornament after it was completed. Crackles need to be sealed with a solvent-based varnish to protect your rice paper and crackles.**
