Inside This Incredible Executive Office Transformation: Full Design & Build Reveal.

In this video, we take you inside an executive office we recently designed and built from scratch.

Our goal was to create a functional, stylish, and comfortable workspace that maximizes efficiency while enhancing the overall aesthetic.

From partitioning the space to adding custom finishes, every detail was carefully considered to elevate this office environment.

•We installed sleek custom made storage shelves on one side of the wall, beautifully paired with LED strip lights for added illumination. These shelves are fitted with a blockboard that ensures the shelves are strongly held. They provide ample space for decor or organization.

•The office is fitted with a luxurious wall-to-wall carpet and underfelt, ensuring extra comfort and thickness for a cozy, inviting atmosphere.

•We installed a modern gypsum ceiling, featuring downlights to provide the perfect ambient lighting throughout the space.

•A stylish modern TV unit was incorporated, paired with fluted panels for a sophisticated, contemporary touch.

•Open Area for Ventilation & AC Placement: To enhance airflow in the office, we created an open area for ventilation and AC placement, addressing the lack of windows in the space.

•Custom Curtain Blinds: We added modern curtain blinds throughout the office, ensuring privacy and a sleek look while controlling light.

•Fluted Panels on Pillar: To improve the overall aesthetic, we incorporated fluted panels on a pillar inside the office. This pillar was a focal point so we transformed its appearance by adding texture to it.

•Wallpaper Accent Wall: We enhanced the restroom area by adding stylish wallpaper next to the wall, elevating the design with a modern, yet subtle look.

•Restroom Design & Build: The entire restroom was thoughtfully designed and built with top-of-the-line features, including mechanical ventilation, high-quality tiles, a snake light running along one side of the wall, and premium toilet bowls and sinks for a refined touch.

•Privacy : We installed an aluminum glass with a fingerprint and facial recognition system. The is fitted with a window film for extra privacy. The CCTV cameras were also added for enhanced security.
