Kunefe Ingredients
150 g kataifi pastry
50 g Aegina pistachios (crushed)
150 g butter (melted)
200 g mozzarella cheese
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
A little lemon juice
Zest of 1 lemon
Cook in a pan over low heat, 5–6 minutes per side, until golden and the cheese melts
