50th International Porsche 356 Meeting Italy - Meeting with friends and some racing!

In Italien fand das 50. Jubiläumstreffen der Porsche 356 Clubs statt. Es waren mehr als 260 Teams aus aller Welt dabei. Bei der Ausfahrt am Freitag durften wir durch San Marino fahren, leider bei strömendem Regen. Zum Glück wurde das Wetter für die Rennstrecke Misano World Circuit deutlich besser. Es war ein tolles Erlebnis auf der offiziellen Rennstrecke ein paar Runden drehen zu dürfen. Samstag besuchten wir Ravenna. Ein tolles Städtchen mit Geschichte. Am Ende des Tages gab es einen Concours d'Elegance, in lockerer Atmosphäre mit tollen Gesprächen.

The 50th anniversary meeting of the Porsche 356 Clubs took place in Italy. More than 260 teams from all over the world took part. We were allowed to drive through San Marino on Friday, unfortunately in pouring rain. Thankfully, the weather became much better for the Misano World Circuit. It was a great experience to do a few laps on the official race track. On Saturday we visited Ravenna. A great little town with history. At the end of the day there was a Concours d'Elegance, in a relaxed atmosphere with great conversations.
