Negroni Sbagliato Cocktail | Jamie Oliver & Giuseppe Gallo

We're in the Italian city of Turin with Jamie and Giuseppe to make this classic cocktail of 'aperitivo' - the Negroni Sbagliato. Originally created as a delicious mistake, it's a twist on the classic Negroni cocktail, switching out the gin for Prosecco. Combined with Martini sweet vermouth and bitter liqueur, it's a perfect, lightly sparkling cocktail to awaken your appetite before a meal. Created in partnership with Bacardi.
