Test setup:
-building height is 19 bricks (18.2 cm)
-weight on top of the building is 4x Lego weight 73090b (213 grams)
-vibration peak-to-peak amplitude is 2 Lego studs (1.6 cm)
-vibration frequency is a sweep from 2 Hz to 6 Hz in 16 seconds
-the shake surface is tilted 3 degrees to the left (to make unstable buildings fail faster)
