Sydney (Ayo Edebiri) receives a revised partnership agreement from Carmy, while Marcus (Lionel Boyce) makes a big personal move—selling his late mother’s house with the help of his roommate Chester. To support Marcus, Carmy brings in Luca (Will Poulter) as a stage, a gesture that hints at Carmy’s renewed focus on leadership.

Meanwhile, Tina (Liza Colón-Zayas) gently urges Carmy to slow down and refocus on what truly matters. Taking her words to heart, Carmy finally reveals to Sydney that he’s committed to a fixed menu, recognizing that his obsession with constant reinvention was hurting the team and the restaurant.
