Awning on a Rivian crossbar for your R1T or R1S - S1E2

While you are out there exploring, you may find yourself under the sun with no shade. An awning is a great way to provide shade for you and your riders. Rivian offers a simple and stylish solution to mount accessories such as an awning. In this episode, I will walk you through my process in how I secure my awning to my R1T. This is not an initial installation and you should follow the awning's manufacture installation guide. I also installed a shower tent or privacy room on the other side of the vehicle to demonstrate alternative ways to mount your gear.
