Best View in Cebu! TOPS CEBU TOUR Looks UNREAL in the Rain! Cebu City, Philippines

In today’s video, we’re visiting TOPS Cebu, one of the top scenic spots in Cebu City.
We start at the IT Park Transport Terminal to take the TOPS Shuttle Bus, which includes roundtrip fare and entrance for only ₱200 per person.

It was a rainy visit, but we still made our way up to the top. When we arrived, a staff member came onboard the bus to collect the payment. Make sure to keep your receipt, as it also serves as your return ticket back to IT Park.

TOPS Cebu, located in Busay, is known for its sweeping views of Cebu, especially at night when the city lights shine. Inside, there are several cafes and restaurants, making it a popular spot for both locals and tourists.

We also checked out SKAI 360°, an open-air viewing deck offering a full panoramic view of the city and surrounding areas. There’s an additional ₱50 fee to access this level.

After enjoying the views, we took the shuttle back to IT Park, which departs every 30 minutes.
