This is a demo cover ft. Cloter's new voicebank, Calyx! Cloter is voiced by one of my good friends, ‪@owmyboring3588‬. He did an incredible job with bringing Cloter's voice to life, he's truly everything I envisioned in my head when I first made him.

This is a 3-pitch CVVC voicebank with a soft add-on called "_hush"! Since the pitches were recorded only a few semitones apart (A2, A#2, D3), I decided to space them out so that they activate on specific notes apart from the pitches they were recorded at.
I also did this with Umis floret voicebank because my voice can't reach any higher than G4 without cracking now. I think this was the right choice!

This actually wasn't supposed to be Cloter's official demo, but I decided at the last second I wanted to change it to be more fitting to his personality.

Anywho, like with Umi, this voicebank had some voice direction involved. I wanted a tone similar to Giroro (Keroro Gunso) and Ooroku (UTAU from Genus Atricola), and I think it shows!

The translation for the lyrics may be incorrect because I used machine translation and

interpreted the lyrics in my own way, but I hope that's okay. Let me know what you guys think!!

if you havent watched the announcement video, i have biig plans for umi and cloter, im making a new project for these new voicebanks under the name "Project~Maritime; Sunny days ahead!",

because im currently on the path to healing from past traumas and amending bridges and letting go of others, I thought it would mean alot to me to create a project with 2 of my most important utaus that have existed through out all of my very early-to-mid teen years and bring them back properly/revive them to represent my healing and reclaiming that joy i lost a long time ago.

i hope someone else out there can see themselves in umi or cloter or find comfort in their dynamic and relationship like i have!
