You need to compile those assets using CoD4 Radiant Tools, and probably provide/generate zone file for it by yourself, cause I don't have the original one.
Feel free to build your own map on this project, or play around with it.
The prefabs on the 'Used prefabs' list are under respectful licenses, which are connected to every prefab.
I dont want any money, just do whatever you want with this.
