Ingredients
3 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 sticks of butter
6 eggs
4 cups blended fruit
1 tsp salt
2 tsp almond
2 tbsp vanilla
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp molasses
1 tsp ginger juice
1 tbsp lime juice with rims
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Nut Meg
1 cup red label wine
A dash of rum
Browning ( use to your desire)
Preheat ove at 350 degrees
Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, fruits, flour, red label, rum,and spices combine all ingredients. Put in greased baking pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or when you insert a knife in the middle and it come out clean then you know it is ready.
