This video should be useful as a guide to replacing the Lithium Ion battery in other Blue Tooth speakers besides this specific Bose Sound Link II model. This totally fixed the speaker and gave it a new lease on life for $13 + $5 for the special screwdriver. It's a fairly easy DIY repair.
