There's a theatrical stage production headed to Boston courtesy of @ArtsEmerson called Hang Time, which runs October 9th through 12th. According to writer and director Zora Howard it's a peek into an intergenerational relationship revealing the bonds between three black men under an old wide tree.
We meet Blood, Bird, and Slim!
To quote Zora, "It's an ode to men in family, an ode to persistent living in a world unkind to them."
Hang Time will be on stage at the Jackie Liebergott Black Box Theatre, Emerson @EmersonCollege
