As the world is still battling COVID-19, tourist railroads are continuing to see limited passenger capacity in their operations, allowing people who have been stuck at home for months a chance to get out and ride a train with some fresh air.
The Great Smoky Mountains Railroad has been operating 1702 on their Nantahala River Gorge excursions for a short while since they resumed operations. Also in this video is the deadhead move to Dillsboro, where the railroad’s shops are located.
