Blueberry Muffins
Ingredients :
I cup fresh blueberries
1 stick or 1/2 cup soften butter or room temperature
I cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
I tsbp vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk

Pre- heat oven to 375° F
Mix all the dry ingredients.
Beat sugar and butter. Add 1 egg at a time.
Add vanilla extract to the batter.
In a separate bowl, crush 1/2 cup of blueberry with fork and add to the batter.
Add the dry mixture ingredients to the batter.
Coat with flour the remaining blueberries and add to the batter
Add half of the flour mixture to the butter alternately with half of the milk. Mix well.
Fill the cup cake liners and sprinkle with sugar on top.
Bake 30-35 mins until the top is golden.
