Gruppo Bertolaso è onorato di aver progettato e realizzato un monoblocco per vini fermi e spumanti, velocità di imbottigliamento fino a 21.000 bph con una sciacquatrice con ugelli mobili e valvole elettropneumatiche, riempitrice a contropressione con valvole elettropneumatiche, tappatore per tappi raso e a fungo, tappatore per tappi in alluminio 30x60 e gabbiettatrice con alimentatore automatico delle gabbiette. Le macchine hanno un sistema automatico per la schiumatura di tutte le torrette per ottenere un COP perfetto.
Gruppo Bertolaso is honored to have designed and manufactured a monobloc for still and sparkling wines, bottling speed up to 21.000 bph with a rinser with mobile nozzles and electro-pneumatic valves, counterpressure filler with electropneumatic valves, corker for still and mushroom corks, capper for 30x60 aluminium caps and wirehooder with automatic wirehoods feeder.
The machines have an automatic system for the foaming of all the turrets to obtain a perfect COP.
