In this video, I discussed the challenges of emotional intimacy in neurodiverse marriages, explaining that love and emotional connection can exist separately. I highlighted that while ASD spouses may show love through loyalty and practical support, emotional intimacy requires different skills that can be difficult for some autistic individuals. I emphasized that lack of emotional intimacy doesn't mean a lack of love and provided guidance on how NT spouses can honor the love present while addressing their own emotional needs.
