I took piano lessons as a kid but didn't learn a whole lot of practical things. I've always been able to play by ear a teeny tiny bit. But now*.. I'm trying to learn chords to accompany singing, and how to play them so I can sing along. :-) I sent my amazing pianist (and guitarist and singer and probably a bunch of other stuff) of a buddy (Daniel!!) some songs I wanted to play in the style of, and he put some piano lessons (!) here on YouTube that have helped me learn to pick out the chords and notes. I reeeally wanted to learn this song I heard on Ted Lasso. So now I've learned it about as well as I'm going to. And I've also learned a bunch more songs by ear that I *might post sometime. But this is a newer vulnerable thing for me since I'm more comfortable with just plucking away on guitar. Thanks for listening. :)
