The Feast Day celebration at Mt. Carmel’s Church was marked by a vibrant and joyful procession as Fr. Savio De Sales, the main celebrant and Son of the Soil, was warmly welcomed by the Confraternity of Mt. Carmel’s Church. Celebrating his Silver Jubilee, Fr. Savio was ceremoniously escorted in a traditional horse-drawn carriage from Bazaar Road junction via Chapel Road to the church.
The procession was brought to life by the spirited sounds of the East Indian band, whose lively tunes added to the festive atmosphere, making the day truly special for the parish and community.
