Learning to draw figures in action with the correct form comes from practising gesture drawing.
Quickly capturing fast and loose poses from life drawings or photos, is a great way to get better and faster at comic art or character design.
All my character drawings begin with what looks like scribbling, and that scribbling keeps me drawing fast and loose.
