★ a handful of greens (i prefer spinach)
★ 1/2 cup frozen berries
★ 300ml water or unsweetened almond milk or unsweetened coconut milk
★ 1/2 an avocado
★ 1 tbsp hemp seeds
★ 1 tbsp cocoa
★ LOTS of ice - this is what makes the thick smoothie bowl texture
